Spring at Sea: 3 Essentials for Men (Spring 2025)

Introduction

Bye, seasonal depression! 

As the sun starts to rise earlier and set later, I can't help but notice a shift toward optimism.

Fall/Winter 2024 will go down as one of my favorite seasons. 

But as we must accept, things are beginning to change, and our clothes must change. 

So, for today's post, I wanted to introduce Pre-Spring 2025 and share my essentials as we move out of winter.

Pre-Spring 2025: Spring at Sea

For Pre-Spring, we're pulling inspiration from the sea with core motifs being sailboats, navy patterns, and sunny beaches. 

To the internet this trend is known as "sailorcore" and I'm glad to see it carrying over into spring.

I for one have been obsessed with sailboats (and boats in general) for a while

Visually, I remember watching this video last summer and immediately falling in love with the romantic image of a white boat against the soft blue sea.

But, enough creative stuff, what does this mean in terms of clothes?

This spring you can expect baggier fits, lighter fabrics, brighter blues, and wider khakis.

Navy Blue

Navy blue is always in, but this spring, it's essential. This shade is best worn with other light khaki/nude shades. Remember - think sailor.
